I've never been afraid of any deviation

Definite lack of blogging on part. Unfortunately I was struck some hideous bug over the wknd which left me severely nauseous and you know what usually leads to. However I am feeling quite better now & probably re-ate the weight I lost by not eating for two days in one sitting alone. Record to be proud of...erm. So just a quick post as I'm still awfully tired. Thought I'd show off one of my thrifting finds from the other week. Of course when I thrift, I go straight to the men's section. Came out with this uber comfy, ginormous sweater which I wore to work today so I was super cuddly. I really wonder if I'll ever get out of my oversized phase. Nah didn't think so.

Kinda seeing the ribbed action of the sweater. Plus my necklace which is basically just a charm I had lying around put on to a ball chain...which I had lying around.

And I really just wanted to show off my soda pop bracelet that took me forever to make. I'm usually quick with my own little diy projects but that bracelet took me forever...including slicing my middle finger open while rummaging all the cans in the recycling. I wouldn't even know where to begin with a tutorial as I copied someone else's and couldn't even understand it when it was written and simply followed the pictures instead. I used about 20 soda pop tops and two leather cords and wove them together. Instead of trying the ends but the cords I added two medium sized safety pins as closures. It's a new addition to my chain-filled wrist.
xx

  2. Love your chains&bracelets.

I've always wanted to do a DIY with sodapop can opener thingies. But I'm too lazy to. Haha.

I love oversized clothing too! I will /never/ stop loving oversized clothing.

  3. Ah, I have been dying to make one of those bracelets and now a brilliant idea has struck me - rummage through the recycling (or did you actually collect them indivisually yourself?)!
